Position: Bilingual English Teacher
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality English language instruction to students of various levels
Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that promote active learning and student participation
Assess students' progress and provide parents with constructive feedback
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and growth
Collaborate with the team to contribute to the academy's educational programs and initiatives
Foster a positive and motivating learning atmosphere that inspires students to achieve their full potential
Requirements:
Fluency in both English and Korean
Proven experience in teaching English, preferably in a Korean educational setting
A passion for education and a commitment to students' growth and development
Familiarity with the English curriculum executed in Korea and the focus and style of English tests conducted in Korean schools
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a belief in the transformative power of education
Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with students and create a supportive learning environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain consistency in teaching methodologies and practices
Reliability and a strong work ethic
